Rental space- Exclusive Use of Venue (Decorating, Ceremony, and/or Reception)
Friday 12:00 p.m.- 12:00 a.m. $500
Saturday 12:00 p.m.- 12:00 a.m. $550
Sunday 12:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. $500
Exclusive rental fee includes:
Use of selected hall space
Restrooms- Indoors. Mens and women’s
On site Cobblestone Lodge team member. To assist your event throughout the evening.
Chair setup- Your choice of vintage green or traditional white
Grounds- Multiple different options for photos. (River, field, woods, and halls)
Tables- With cream color table cloths
Caterer’s Area– Space for prepping and setting up food
Brides Dressing Room- Cabin for bride to have private space while preparing for wedding.
Unlimited phone/email communication
À La Carte Options
DJ $200 (With hall rental)
Decor $100 – Use of our decor. Setup included. Green mason jars, votives, vases, cream & green flowers, candelabra’s, burlap table runners etc.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
A down payment of half rental fee (non-refundable) must be paid to reserve date
Nothing can be removed from walls. If you wish something be removed/moved it must be written in contract and approved before event date.
No candles (flameless are allowed), sparklers, or confetti are to be used on property
If hanging anything in rental space it must be hung with Command strips or an alternative way that will leave walls undamaged.
If utilizing hall until midnight we ask that your bar close by 11:00pm and music end by 11:15pm. This will provide enough time for a send-off and all decor/belonging to be our of rental space by 12:00am. We ask this so that the space is cleaned and beautiful for our next bride.
Served Family Style or Buffet Style $15 per guest (50 person minimum)
